For shops
Machine labeled fire doors in your own shop.
Your shop has the CNC and the people. With the manufacturer's authorization and an Intertek assessment, you can prepare labeled fire doors legally. We help you get there and send the orders.

- Help with manufacturer authorization and the Intertek assessment
- Machining data and templates from our planning
The path
From your shop to authorized machiner.
1 · Manufacturer authorization
The manufacturer of the listed door or frame authorizes the shop to machine its product.
2 · Initial Factory Assessment
Intertek inspects each machining location: documented processes, templates, quality control.
3 · Authorization to Mark
After a passed assessment, the shop may apply the Warnock Hersey (WH) label to the work it is listed for.
4 · Routine inspections
Intertek inspects the shop regularly to confirm work follows the listing and its procedures.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Who can become a machining partner?
Millwork shops, cabinet makers, door distributors and pre-hang shops with CNC or template machining, documented processes and space to store labeled doors correctly. Shops in the USA and Canada first; other countries on request, as Intertek also assesses sites abroad.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
Fees are set by Intertek and depend on the site. According to Intertek, terms and agreement take a few days, the factory assessment is usually scheduled within 4 to 6 days (longer abroad), authorization to mark follows in about a day, and labels take from a few days for open-stock labels to about three weeks for custom labels.
Do I need my own door listing?
No. You machine the listed doors of a manufacturer that authorizes you. The listing, the testing and the core construction remain the manufacturer's.
What does LignoSupply bring?
Door orders from our projects, introduction to the door manufacturer, help preparing the assessment (process description, templates, quality records) and machining data from our planning tools.
Am I bound to LignoSupply?
No. The authorization is between you, the manufacturer and Intertek. We agree on how our orders are handled; your other work stays yours.
The authorization is granted by the door manufacturer and by Intertek, not by LignoSupply. Program details as published by Intertek and subject to change.
